You can find style recipes, also known as user styles, on numerous sites. Two particularly rich sources are (1) community sites (discussion forums), and (2) code sharing sites. Here are a sampling of such sites.
Two notes of caution. First, because Firefox 57 made so many changes to the interface, many older user styles will need updating before they work as intended. Second, most custom styling disasters can be reversed by removing the userChrome.css file from the chrome folder so Firefox can't find it at the next startup. However, you should be very cautious about downloading any scripts, executable programs, or other kinds of files other than .txt or .css files.

- mozillaZine forums – Longstanding community site for discussion and support of Mozilla products. You should search before posting: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=49.
- userstyles.org – Although focused more on popular websites than on the browser interface, you still can get some decent advice on the site's forum: https://forum.userstyles.org/categories/style-requests.
- Mozilla Support – The site’s search feature doesn’t allow for much precision, but if you run into serious problems as a result of your customizations, experienced volunteers probably can help: https://support.mozilla.org/.
Code Repositories
- CustomCSSforFx – A collection of style recipes by the author of the Classic Theme Restorer extension to help users of Firefox 57+ to retain many of their familiar tweaks: https://github.com/Aris-t2/CustomCSSforFx.
- firefox-csshacks – A "random" collection of style recipes: https://github.com/MrOtherGuy/firefox-csshacks.
- UserChrome-Tweaks – A collection of style recipes to mix and match, but not designed to take requests: https://github.com/Timvde/UserChrome-Tweaks.
- firefoxcss-store.github.io – This gallery collects fully baked "themes," offering screenshots and links to code repositories: https://firefoxcss-store.github.io/. Be aware that some of these themes include startup scripts for the Firefox program folder, which involve different risks than pure style rules.
